PHMC REGULATIONS
- The main entrance of the hospital must unlocked at all times for public. Under no circumstances.
- The garage and repair center are strictly for EMS vehicles. Personal vehicles are not allowed.
- Must follow every rules and regulations, Terms & Conditions and policies of the Hospital.
- Patient reports must be prepared upon request by the patient, their attendants or LEO.
- No Code1 in Airone Unit (Medvac).
TOXIC BEHAVIOR PROTOCOL
While healthy competition, open communication, and lighthearted banter among staff and departments can foster a positive environment, it must remain respectful and within acceptable limits. If it crosses the line, strict action will be taken.

CRIME SCENE PROTOCOL
To ensure proper analysis by the coroner and law enforcement, crime scenes must remain undisturbed. Follow these guidelines for preservation:
- Avoid touching or moving weapons found at the scene.
- Minimize disruption when removing the patient; avoid shifting surrounding objects.
- If items must be moved, allow police officials to handle them unless directed otherwise.
Maintaining the integrity of the crime scene helps support accurate investigation and justice. Let me know if youтАЩd like further refinements!
TRANSPORT GUIDELINES
- Manage bleeding immediately: Connect the patient to a saline IV and stop bleeding using hemostatic powder or bandages. Provide appropriate pain reliefтАФbut only if theyтАЩre awake and do not have a head injury. Refer to the pain relief guidelines when needed.
- Stabilize the neck: Use a cervical collar (C-collar) and secure the patient on a stretcher or backboard, especially on uneven terrain.
- Ensure proper oxygen support: Apply nasal oxygen tubes or a face mask as needed.
- Maintain communication: Keep talking to the patient to help them stay awake, including while in the ambulance.
- Offer reassurance: Engage in light conversation, especially while treating their injuries. The situation can be frightening, and your presence should be a source of comfort.
- Stay confident: If unsure about the best course of action, consult procedural guidelines for clarity.
- Check for allergies: Always ask the patient if they have allergiesтАФadministering the wrong medication can have serious consequences.
ЁЯЪи CRITICAL REMINDERS:
- NEVER administer pain medication to an unconscious patient.
- NEVER give IV morphine to a patient with a head injury.
SUTURE CLASSIFICATION
Absorbable Sutures
These sutures gradually dissolve in the body over time, eliminating the need for removal.
- Advantages: No removal needed, reduced discomfort.
- Uses: Internal tissues, pediatrics, deep surgery.
Non-Absorbable Sutures
These sutures do not dissolve and must be manually removed or left permanently.
- Advantages: Ideal for high-tension areas and skin.
- Common Uses: Skin closures, cardiovascular, orthopedic.
VITAL SIGNS MONITORING
Heart Rate: 60 to 100 BPM (Healthy Adult). Athletes may have lower rates.
Blood Pressure: Systolic (100-130) / Diastolic (60-80).
Temperature: Normal range 98.6┬░F (37┬░C). Variations between 98┬░F - 99┬░F are normal.
Respiration & SpO2: 12-16 breaths per min. Normal Oxygen Saturation is 95%+. Below 90% is critical.

TASER HANDLING GUIDELINES
DO's
- Trainee and Junior ranks are Allowed to carry a Taser.
- Always store the Taser and cartridges in the stash before going off duty.
DON'Ts
- Do NOT use, aim, or brandish the Taser unnecessarily.
- Do NOT carry or hold the Taser while off duty.
- Do NOT test the Taser - it has been pre-tested.
- Interns and EMTs are NOT allowed to carry Tasers.
- Gun license holders do not need to carry a Taser.
PLASTIC SURGERY GUIDELINES
SURGICAL PROCEDURE
- Thread must be opened on [Need EMS] channel.
- NOC and Fitness Certificate required.
- Proper Medical RP required.
- Standard Charge: 50,000.
- Before/After documentation is mandatory.
ALLOWED ($0 CHARGE)
- New player with PED character (Ref: Admin/Crew).
- Crash/Kick during creation (Main ticket ref).
- Character changes due to server issues.
- Surgeon appointment with proper RP.
RESTRICTED (PAID/APPOINTMENT)
- Player used PED character for 1+ week.
- Intentional change of facial features.
